Dr. Luigi Filippo D’Antuono from the University of Bologna brought to our attention the congress on Traditional foods: from culture, ecology and diversity, to human health and potential for exploitation, to be held from 4-5 October, 2012, in Cesena, Italy. Several presentations report the outcome of an EU-funded project related to traditional foods and street foods.
